This pricing system is for a situation where there is a specific number of people being served.  Simply pay a per person rate.  This rate will vary based on menu selections.  This can include family dinners, romantic/anniversary dinners, business luncheons, entertaining clientele/associates/potential investors, or instrucional or demonstration cooking.

This pricing system is for a situation where there is not a specific number, but a range, of people being served.  Chef Daniel simply passes the grocery receipt to you for reimbursement and charges an hourly rate.  The hourly rate will be based on the level of Chef Daniel's involvement.  For example, serving hors d'oeuvres or an after dinner party would be a lower rate than instructional or demonstration cooking.
